Cylinder total cost is divided by the order quantity in KG. For large orders, the cylinder cost per KG is very low. For small orders it is significant.
Printing wastage is typically 2–4%, lamination 1–3%, slitting 1–2%. A combined wastage of 3–5% is typical for standard jobs.
